NHS Yorkshire & Humber

As one of very few approved PR partners for the NHS, this has given us the chance to do exactly what the doctor ordered!

We run both local and regional healthcare campaigns, which are designed to raise awareness of NHS services and ensure patients are consulted and communicated with relating to any changes.

We have provided both crisis PR planning, as well as proactive campaigns, press conferences, radio and TV interviews, as well as producing patient case studies that show the positive benefit on people’s lives.

In the past three years, this has led to over £3m of advertising equivalent coverage!

Sheffield Health & Social Care NHS Foundation Trust

Writing and designing annual reports is an area that we specialise.

We were recently involved in putting together the Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust Annual Report 2010/11, which involved our team gaining a thorough understanding of the organisation, its aims and objectives.

Our experience in working within the NHS and with Foundation Trusts meant that we were able to create a refreshing new look to the annual report, with feedback indicating it was much ‘easier to read’ than in previous years.

The 188 page document, which had to be submitted to the Government’s Monitor board for approval, received strong praise both from the Trust’s internal team, as well as its many stakeholders.

Care UK

Greater Manchester CATS (Clinical Assessment & Treatment Services) was launched in 2008 to provide an extra resource to the NHS and local people in Greater Manchester. Our team worked with CARE UK to launch seven sites across the North West, which provided independent treatment services for conditions such as ear, nose and throat, urology and musculoskeletal conditions. Our campaign has been hugely successful, helping CARE UK to gain support from local GPs, patients and secondary care providers. We achieve an average advertising equivalent value of eight times the PR fee, with key articles placed in health journals, the Manchester Evening News and on local radio and TV.
