If you’ve been watching, you will have seen the timber clad snug where housemates hang out when they want a bit of chill-out time.

Well, we’ve been doing our bit to get the word out about their fine Cedar shingles and have had a major response in the architecture, construction and even the entertainment media!

Lee trained here as a young lad and very kindly agreed to come along to lead the celebrations. This hit the early evening headlines on BBC Look North and ITV Yorkshire, as well as all the local daily and weekly newspapers, plus the Yorkshire Post, generating over £150k of media coverage!

Not bad for a day’s work!

This means that Dragonfly PR will continue to be able to provide

Sizer is THE name for pelleting presses and dates back to the early 1920s, with Sizer pelleting presses in animal feed factories across the globe. With the acquisition of the Sizer brand, the new company needed a dedicated PR and marketing campaign, which included several local press and trade releases and a prestigious launch event to be organized.

We achieved press coverage in all the main media, including local press, animal feed industry, recycling and waste management, delivering over £60,000 of PR coverage in just two months!

The event we organized was a huge success too with 50 delegates attending, including the local Lord Mayor and many industry figures who were also potential customers.

The event and the PR proved to be a great start for the business, with lots of leads to follow up!

The team have kept me busy with trying my hand at press releases, going out and interviewing French Apprentices, taking photographs to promote the World Cup and I even got the chance to meet the Mayor of Rotherham at a company launch event!

Dragonfly PR is a really busy, fun agency and there’s lots going on – there was certainly never a dull moment!

I’ve done everything this past week from press cuttings, creating media lists to interviewing clients and assisting with organising media interviews and events.

It has been really useful for my English and Media Degree at Leeds Trinity University and I’d just like to say thanks to everyone at Dragonfly PR for the experience!

We were delighted to be involved in securing media interest for the event, which saw nine groups of students from across Yorkshire and Derbyshire challenged with setting up and running their own business in the UK’s largest shopping centre for the day!

Selling everything from Valentine’s Day cards to their own clothing ranges, personalised mugs and recycled gift bags, they did themselves proud – and raised a fair bit of money for their businesses at the same time!

The students deserved their 15 minutes of fame when the local press, radio and TV we had invited came up to interview them and proved that this region certainly has a bright future with young entrepreneurs like these!
